The angel fell, living a mortal existence, until quite literally, all hell broke loose. Dean Winchester, pulled from Hell to be a soldier of good and to help his brother. Guided by Angels, and trying to keep to his promise of protecting his brother Sam no matter what the cost. But when the Angels wanted to kill one of their own, fallen or not, Dean stood divided from them, he and his brother, trying to protect the now mortal Angel.
Things don't always work out like planned, and Anna was able to get her Grace back, her mortal form destroyed and the Angels leaving to find her. Left in a shack in the middle of nowhere, Sam, Ruby and Dean are divided. Working to do what they think of as their job, saving people from the things that go bump in the night, stopping Hell from opening seals and taking over.
What they don't know, can hurt them. Ruby is healing, injured from higher demons then she. Anna went right for Heaven and to her surprise was brought before God. Now one of the few to see his face. Her form, has changed, as a mortal she had a soul and when shedding her mortal body, her soul should have left, but didn't. Now an Angel with a soul of her own, she's sent back to finish what she started. To help Dean become what Heaven grooms him for.
Ruby has been teaching Sam to use his gifts, neither knowing that the more he uses them, the stronger the demon blood in him gets. Unwittingly pushing him to be stronger, to be the leader of the armies of Hell that the Yellow Eyed Demon had meant him to be.
Now their four. Traveling around trying to stop the evil from escaping, the seals from being broken, having no clue that they are simply pawns in a larger battle. Can their bond of brothers and blood keep them both sane and safe? Or will Heaven and Hell continue to
